Chris Daughtry has posted a new picture of himself after doing a 90 day challenge to lose weight. I didn't think he needed to lose weight at all and didn't think he had the weight to lose really but wowzers!! Check out his 23 pound weight loss!
Some of his tips include no late night eating, not having junk food around, exercising right away if he does induldge and working out daily.
Now I kinda want to put my Nutella away and jog around the block, thanks Chris!
